Responsibilities
Analyze commission records for accuracy and process corrections as needed
Streamline routine analysis and reports for commissions
Evaluate commission guidelines periodically and suggest improvement opportunities
Maintain accurate periodic records of commissions and continuously improve spreadsheets and reporting as assigned
Develop knowledge of other business areas (Billing, Sales, Financial Accounting, etc.) as they relate to commissions to recognize connections and work effectively with other groups
Proactively communicate potential issues by addressing them early with management
Provide outstanding customer service to sales floor as well as other customers
Explain complex commission calculations in a way others can easily comprehend
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
Must be customer service oriented
Proficient in Microsoft Suite
Exceptional telephone, communication, and interpersonal skills
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills with a focus on customer service
Preferred
Experience in AR, payroll, or payment processing a plus
