Assist attorneys in the preparation of pre-litigation personal injury cases
Manage case files and maintain organized documentation using Filevine
Transcribe legal documents and correspondence as required
Maintain good communication with clients throughout their case
Maintain accurate records of case progress and deadlines
Collaborate with attorneys to develop case strategies and prepare for negotiation and settlement
Qualification
Required
Strong understanding of personal injury law
Exceptional organizational skills
Assist attorneys in the preparation of pre-litigation personal injury cases
Manage case files and maintain organized documentation using Filevine
Transcribe legal documents and correspondence as required
Maintain good communication with clients throughout their case
Maintain accurate records of case progress and deadlines
Collaborate with attorneys to develop case strategies and prepare for negotiation and settlement
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously
Proficient in legal drafting, ensuring accuracy and adherence to legal standards
Familiarity with Filevine or similar legal software for case management
Knowledge of personal injury law principles and procedures
Bilingual Spanish speaker
Excellent research abilities to support case development
Effective interviewing skills to extract relevant information from clients and witnesses
Ability to transcribe legal documents accurately and efficiently
Preferred
Experience with contract management is a plus
