The role involves assisting with commercial real estate closings, reviewing title and survey, and supporting the Trusts & Estates team with various document preparation tasks.

Responsibilities

Assist with commercial real estate closings
Review title and survey
Revise and review lease amendments, non-disturbance agreements and other documents
Organize and maintain files
Prepare closing documents
Assist our Trusts & Estates team with tasks including drafting and/or preparing powers of attorney, deeds, and other documents as requested

Qualification

Required

four year degree (or the equivalent)
at least three years of extensive commercial real estate experience in a paralegal role
