The E-Commerce Operations Manager will oversee the daily operations of the e-commerce facility, ensuring efficient processing of donated goods for online platforms while leading a multi-functional team.

Oversee day-to-day e-commerce facility operations
Lead, develop, and schedule the e-commerce operations team
Drive performance, quality, and customer experience
Manage warehouse layout, inventory flow, and safety
Use data and continuous improvement to drive operational excellence
Foster a People-First Culture Rooted in Mission
Uphold and enforce Goodwill of Southwestern PA’s policies and procedures

Required

High School Diploma and 5+ years relevant experience OR
Associates Degree in Business, Management, or related field AND 3+ years relevant experience OR
Bachelors Degree in Business, Management, or related field AND 2+ years of relevant experience
Experience taking on full responsibility for daily operations
Direct supervisory experience of multi-level teams (Assistant Managers, Supervisors, etc)
Knowledgeable and experienced in managing budgets and production targets
Strong preference for experience in leading performance improvement, training, or team development
Experience in community engagement or donor relationship building is preferred
Qualified candidates must have a valid driver's license for regional travel
Candidates are expected to provide current, valid clearances (Child Abuse Clearance, FBI Fingerprints Clearance, and PATCH) prior to their first day of employment

Preferred

Strong preference for experience in leading performance improvement, training, or team development
Experience in community engagement or donor relationship building is preferred
