Responsibilities

Assist manufacturing engineers with daily tasks including troubleshooting equipment and supporting production
Support continuous improvement projects using Lean Six Sigma principles and tools
Help review and develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Instructions, and equipment documentation
Contribute to equipment qualification activities including data collection and documentation
Participate in equipment lifecycle activities including calibration and preventive maintenance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Supply Chain) on daily production needs
Assist manufacturing engineers and operators with quality events such as deviations by supporting root cause analysis and implementation of corrections

Required

Must be a student in a Bachelor's degree program at an accredited college/university
Undergraduate student with a minimum of Rising Junior status
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Interest in pharmaceutical manufacturing, manufacturing engineering, or quality systems
Proficient with computers and common software tools such as Microsoft Office
