Responsibilities
Schedule preventive maintenance repairs for customer's fleet of vehicles
Schedule needed repairs for customer's fleet of vehicles
Act as a liaison between the servicing location and customer
Demonstrate excellent phone and customer service skills to interact with internal and external customers
Other projects as assigned by the supervisor
Qualification
Required
2 or more years of customer service experience required
Excellent written and oral communication skills and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask in a face paced environment required
High school diploma or equivalent required
Proficiency with computers including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook required
Ability and willingness to obtain ASE C1 certification within 2 years of employment required
Willingness or previous work experience in a call center environment required
Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job
Willingness to travel as necessary, work the required schedule, work at the specific location required, complete Penske employment application, submit to a background investigation (to include past employment, education, and criminal history) and drug screening are required

Basic mechanical knowledge preferred
Associates or Bachelor's Degree preferred
