Paralegal
SECO Energy is the third-largest electric co-op in Florida and the seventh-largest in the nation, seeking a Paralegal to support their legal operations. The role involves drafting legal documents, reviewing contracts, assisting with bankruptcy matters, and conducting legal research to ensure accurate and efficient legal documentation.

Qualification
Required
Two (2) year associate's degree in paralegal studies, legal studies, or a related field
Three (3) years of experience as a paralegal, preferably with experience supporting in-house legal operations, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, or related functions
Ability to work irregular hours for assignment completion and flexibility to change scheduling and report to work on short notice during emergency situations
Successful completion of pre-employment background check, physical and drug screen
Preferred
Paralegal certification from an accredited program
Experience or similar work in an electric utility or related industry
Experience in bankruptcy and/or real estate law is a plus
