Responsibilities
5+ years of hands-on experience implementing solutions using OpenText AppWorks
Strong exposure to OpenText AppWorks 16.4 and above
Hands-on experience with OpenText AppWorks installation and configuration
Extensive experience in AppWorks Classic development, including: BPM (Business Process Management), WSApps, Web Services, Business Rules
Strong experience with SOAP and REST APIs
Proven experience in integration projects with external systems
Good understanding of data transformations, including: XML, Schemas (XSD), JSON
Solid knowledge of Process Instance Manager (PIM)
Strong understanding of Service Containers within AppWorks
Experience with debugging and troubleshooting AppWorks applications
Exposure to Agile development methodologies
Hands-on experience across the full SDLC (Design → Development → Testing → Deployment)
Experience with Entity Modeling in AppWorks
Exposure to modern AppWorks features and continuous learning mindset
Strong communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders
Ability to adapt quickly and learn new AppWorks features and technologies
Team-oriented with a problem-solving mindset
