Responsibilities
Design marketing assets including landing pages, campaign visuals, emails, social graphics, and sales enablement materials
Support product design needs including presentation decks, graphics, icons, documents, and interactive PDFs
Translate Duarte’s brand, messaging, and IP into consistent visual systems across channels and touchpoints
Apply Duarte’s design system, ensuring consistency, clarity, and accessibility
Create modular, scalable design components that support rapid iteration and reuse across Marketing and Product team needs
Maintain high standards for typography, layout, hierarchy, and visual storytelling
Deliver polished, production-ready design assets that meet Duarte’s brand and usability standards
Balance speed with precision without sacrificing clarity or thoughtfulness
Manage multiple workstreams while meeting deadlines reliably
Follow storage and naming conventions to ensure version control and clean backend management
Qualification
Required
5–10+ years of experience in marketing design
Strong portfolio demonstrating brand marketing, UX principles, and accessibility
Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat)
Expertise in building visuals in PowerPoint and Keynote
Experience designing conversion-focused landing pages and campaign assets
Familiarity with design systems and component-based workflows
Strong communicator with a low-ego, high-craft mindset
Able to accept feedback and iterate without friction
Highly organized, efficient, and reliable with deadlines
Comfort using project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Monday.com, Miro)
Ability to read and interpret documents such as contracts, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations changing frequently
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
