Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service

Meet sales benchmarks and customer satisfaction goals

Participation in ongoing specialized training

Assist in front desk operation such as customer scheduling and client follow-up

Maintain store appearance and creating displays

Assist in organizing, receiving, and transferring merchandise

Opening and Closing, participation in special events

Qualification

Great people skills including ability to relate to customers and work in a small team environment

Excellent communication skills to properly relate to customers, staff, and supervisors

Strong sales and customer service skills

Good problem resolution experience

Effective computer and POS register abilities

Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 8 hours)

Be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift to 50 pounds

Must be able to use a ladder to access inventory

Must have the stamina to work up to 40 hours per week

Flexible schedule to accommodate retail hours up to 6 days per week

Preferred

Experience in footwear, health, and/or wellness products is a plus

Experience in pedorthics is highly valued

2 years (preferred)

High school or equivalent (Preferred)
