Responsibilities
Leading the client experience from check-in to check-out, ensuring every visit feels personal, seamless, and elevated
Acting as the main point of contact for clients, addressing concerns with grace and professionalism
Managing and optimizing the front desk workflow to ensure smooth daily operations
Supporting bookings, scheduling, and client communications with precision and care
Upholding Gee Beauty standards in service, presentation, and hospitality
Working closely with studio leadership to maintain culture, organization, and client satisfaction
Training and mentoring new front desk team members in Gee Beauty standards
Anticipating client needs and proactively enhancing their experience
Maintaining a calm, organized, and welcoming studio environment
Taking action on tasks / projects provided by Director of Stores
