Sr Anlyst, Procurement

Responsibilities

Negotiate and administer multiple subcontract types, to include but not limited to, Firm Fixed Price, Cost Reimbursement, Time, and Materials, as well as development/R&D efforts
Evaluate, identify, and select suppliers that meet Raytheon requirements. Develop business partner relationship with suppliers
Work closely with Program Office representatives and Engineering to define and implement procurement strategies and develop subcontract Statements of Work
Solicit competitive and single/sole source proposals from prospective subcontractors, perform source selection analysis, and employ price and cost analysis techniques to make a fair and reasonable price determination
Monitor subcontractor performance metrics and recommend/implement corrective actions as necessary. Prepare subcontract documentation in accordance with established company, customer and government FAR and DFAR regulations

Required

Typically requires a Bachelor's and a minimum of 2 years prior relevant experience, or an Advance Degree in a related field
Experience with reading and understanding drawing specifications
Experience working within SAP software application
U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee or asylee) or eligible to obtain necessary export authorizations required

Preferred

Experience in leading formal negotiations (price, schedule, and supplier exceptions to contractual flow downs)
Experience with supplier management
NCMA Certification
DOD Clearance
Experience FAR and DFAR regulations
Experience making presentations (verbal and/or written) to key stakeholders
Experience leading executive and program level supplier reviews
