Administrative Assistant (part-time) - Affordable Housing
MGNY Consulting Corp is looking for a motivated part-time administrative assistant to support a talented team of Affordable Housing Project Managers in person at their New York City office. The role involves organizing applications, assisting with inquiries, and managing various administrative tasks related to affordable housing projects.

Responsibilities
Complete training in Affordable Housing Guidelines and Processes
Organize and manage paper applications for Affordable Housing projects in NYC
Route incoming calls and assist walk-ins with pending housing applications
Run purchasing errands and manage post office tasks
Occasional visits to development sites throughout the 5 boroughs
Maintain tracking and filing of application materials
Assist with other administrative duties as needed
Qualification
Required
Entry-level experience
Complete training in Affordable Housing Guidelines and Processes
Organize and manage paper applications for Affordable Housing projects in NYC
Route incoming calls and assist walk-ins with pending housing applications
Run purchasing errands and manage post office tasks
Occasional visits to development sites throughout the 5 boroughs
Maintain tracking and filing of application materials

Detail-oriented and highly organized
Friendly and professional with strong communication skills
Reliable and able to commit to a consistent schedule
Comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
In possession of a NY State ID or Driver's license
Preferred
Prior office support experience highly preferred
Passionate about NY Real Estate
