Titling Agent
Navitas Credit Corp. is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Titling Agent to support the daily operations of their Title Department. The role involves ensuring titles are reviewed, processed, and maintained according to established procedures while providing customer service support and collaborating with multiple departments.

Responsibilities
Review title packages received from various funding departments prior to contract booking
File and maintain power of attorney documentation
Submit completed title packages to the external titling agency for processing
Follow up on outstanding titles as directed by management or funding teams
Provide customer service support, including assisting with phone calls, assumptions, phone payments, insurance, and related functions
Release liens once contracts are paid in full
Obtain and assign repossession titles as needed for the Recovery Department
Ensure all responsibilities comply with written policies and procedures
Perform additional duties as assigned by management
Qualification
Required
Associate's Degree (A.A.) from a two‑year college or technical school OR
6–12 months of related experience/training OR
An equivalent combination of education and experience
Proficiency using Internet applications: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills
Ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage tasks in a deadline‑driven environment
Must pass background & credit check
