Managing and mentoring junior associates
Assisting with an overseeing complex ESI discovery
Preparing for and conducting hearings and depositions
Drafting substantive motions and other filings in complex litigation matters in state and federal courts
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in commercial litigation
Hands-on experience handling sophisticated commercial disputes
Experience managing other associates
Background from a large law firm or highly-reputable mid-sized firm
Excellent academic credentials
Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
Strong communication and client-service skills
Experience with handling large-scale ESI discovery
Experience with intellectual property and/or probate matters
Preferred
Federal court experience
