Responsibilities

Breaking down carcasses into smaller cuts using knives, saws, or other tools
Trimming fat, bone, and defects to meet customer specifications
Weighing, labeling, bagging, packing, and boxing finished product
Working in a cold environment for the entire shift
Ensuring all food safety and quality standards are met

Qualification

Meat cutting experienceFood manufacturing experienceKnife-handling experienceWork in cold environments

Required

Must be 18 years or older
Legal to work in the US without the need of a Visa sponsorship

Preferred

Meat cutting, butcher, or knife-handling experience
Experience in food manufacturing or similar settings
Ability to work in cold or refrigerated environments
