Civil Design Engineer
Commercial Development Resources (CDR) is a civil engineering firm focused on land development located in Costa Mesa, California. They are seeking driven civil design engineers to join their rapidly growing team, responsible for civil engineering design, planning, and ensuring successful project delivery and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities
Prepare grading, storm drain, utility, sewer, as-built, and street improvement plans under direction of Project Manager
Research, interpret and apply city standards, codes and zoning requirements as it applies to sites
Communicate with agencies and plan checkers
Prepare comment response letters
Meet project deadlines with a sense of urgency
Adhere to CDR standards and core values
Maintain a positive attitude and strong willingness to continually learn and grow
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
3+ years in Land Development
Proficiency in AutoCad Civil 3D
Knowledge of relevant regulations and codes
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team
Must be authorized to work in the United States
Preferred
P.E. license is a plus
