Responsibilities
The Learning Facilitators provide a critical role of supporting our hotels globally in the use of Client’s new revenue management system, IDeaS and SynXis
This position will be responsible for generating support documentation, learning content creation, course execution and facilitation, and upholding clients standard procedures and guidelines all across the globe
This position will collaborate and directly support the Global Revenue Management Training and Operations team
Qualification
Required
Experience in IDeaS G3 with Optix and RevPlan
Experience with SynXis CRS
Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate a global audience
Knowledge of IDeaS G3 and SynXis
Superior oral and written communication skills
Previous IDeaS and SynXis system implementation experience
Previous hotel RM experience
Preferred
Fluent in another language outside of English
Bachelor's Degree
Degree in Hotel Management or related field
