Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end research projects to guide our CPG clients across emerging technology, platforms, disruptive startups & brands, and innovation trends
Translate complex research into clear, strategic insights, frameworks, and opportunity areas that inform client decision-making
Ensure deliverables are synthesized, structured, and elevated to a client-ready strategic standard
Bridge research and strategy by connecting trends, signals, and findings to business implications and future opportunities
Develop market maps, ecosystem views, POVs, and narratives that articulate the 'so what' behind the research
Partner closely with Principals, Strategists, and Venture Leads to shape recommendations and roadmaps
Support downstream work such as concept development, pilots, and venture exploration
Own day-to-day client engagements for research workstreams, acting as a trusted and confident point of contact
Present insights and recommendations to client teams, including senior stakeholders
Proactively manage scope, timelines, and expectations in collaboration with leadership
Design and facilitate client workshops to explore trends, brainstorm opportunities, and drive strategic outcomes
Create engaging workshop materials, exercises, and frameworks that move teams from insight to action
Scout and curate relevant startups, platforms, and partners aligned to client needs and opportunity areas to support open innovation
Engage directly with startups to understand their offerings, sharpen their narratives, and coach them ahead of client presentations
Support the design and execution of startup showcases, pilots, and innovation engagements

Required

5–7 years of experience in research, strategy, innovation consulting, venture, or related fields
Industry experience and knowledge of CPG
Proven ability to own research projects end-to-end and deliver polished, strategic outputs
Strong synthesis and storytelling skills — able to turn complexity into clarity
Comfort presenting and facilitating discussions with client stakeholders
Experience designing and leading workshops
Experience designing and executing consumer research (quant and qual)
Familiarity with emerging technologies, startups, and innovation ecosystems
Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple workstreams
Experience mentoring or guiding more junior team members

Preferred

Bonus: experience working with startups, accelerators, or venture-backed companies
