Responsibilities
Lead and execute the US business development strategy for biologics partnerships, collaborations, and licensing opportunities
Drive new client acquisition , deal execution, and contract negotiation within the US biologics space
Serve as executive sponsor for strategic accounts and manage long-term client relationships
Collaborate with internal teams across scientific, operations, and executive leadership to align BD initiatives with company growth
Represent the company externally at industry events, conferences, and client meetings
Provide strategic input on the company’s global commercial expansion
Operate with a start-up mindset in a fast-growing, agile organization
Qualification
Required
4+ years of experience in biologics-focused business development or commercial roles
Proven track record in both hunting for new clients and managing strategic accounts in the US biologics market
Deep understanding of biologics development, manufacturing, or CDMO landscapes
Comfortable operating in a fast-growing, dynamic organization with a hands-on approach
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
Willingness to travel internationally (~30%)
