Responsibilities
Consult with prospective clients and lead them through the firm's Real Estate process
Provide expert legal advice and deliver superior results
Research, design, and create complex and customized Real Estate plans
Negotiate, draft and review offers to purchase Real Estate and/or Lease Agreements
Responsible for closing acquisitions and financing for residential and commercial properties
Consult with potential clients to ascertain their needs and decide on the next steps
Engage in matter management to ensure all cases move forward in a timely manner
Qualification
Required
At least 3-5 years of prior real estate experience
Admitted to practice law in North Carolina
Excellent academic credentials, creative analytical and problem-solving skills
Detail-oriented with excellent organization skills, including the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks with little to no supervision
Team player, committed to working with colleagues and clients
Strong understanding of North Carolina Real Estate statutes and case law
Ability to research and analyze legal issues
Proficient legal writing skills
