Responsible for assisting with clerical tasks associated with handling subpoenas and other legal requests for pharmacy records
Responsible for assisting with the clerical tasks associated with processing mail and scanning records
Responsible for assisting with other clerical tasks associated with Litigation Support activities
Qualification
Required
High School diploma or its equivalent
1-2 years' experience performing office administration tasks
Demonstrate an ability in commonly used software (for example, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook)
Pass the following tests (before his or her start date in the position): Language Skills, Data Entry, Following Written Directions, Classifying, Visual Speed and Accuracy and Computation
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Organizational, multi-tasking and analytical skills
Ability to work well with others and be a team member
Ability to work independently and complete tasks in a timely manner
May need to work extended hours
Show enthusiasm, initiative and pride in work
Show commitment to Publix's mission
Preferred
3 years experience performing office administration tasks
1-2 years experience working with different legal documents
