Temporary Administrative Assistant

Northwestern University is seeking a temporary full-time Administrative Assistant for the Evanston campus. Required

Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail
Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and other Microsoft Office applications
Experience creating basic surveys in Qualtrics or similar platforms
Ability to coordinate logistics and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism
Familiarity with Adobe Express or comparable graphic design tools
Ability to update website content (training can be provided)
Customer service orientation and ability to interact effectively with candidates, staff, and stakeholders
