Responsibilities
Ensures application of systems thinking principles, allowing team members to independently design, code, test, and deploy software
Provide necessary documentation to support the Software Development Life Cycle
Develops prototypes and solutions leveraging a diverse range of technology
Advises in the application of modern architectures, principles, methodologies, tools, and systemic processes to support the launch of new business capabilities
Lead the resolution of highly complex problems
Research and integrate emerging technologies to enhance application capabilities and overall system architecture
Comply with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies/procedures
Perform other duties as required
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information systems or other quantitative discipline or equivalent work experience, plus five (5) years' experience in information technology or engineering environment
Expertise in programming languages
Strong understanding of software architecture principles, microservices, and cloud computing platforms
Strong leadership, customer and people development skills
Strong problem solving, project management and analytical skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
