Video surveillance support and troubleshooting

Support EOC software including mapping tools and incident management systems

Troubleshoot TV infrastructure

Support wired and wireless communication standards

Assist with IT Infrastructure and event support

Required

Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university required

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook required

Exceptional interpersonal skills, maintaining a professional demeanor when interacting with team members, customers and/or vendors

Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, especially in a fast-paced environment

Ability and willingness to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays as needed

This is an in-person role located in Nashville, TN

Preferred

Focus in Computer Science or related technology field preferred
