Responsibilities
Prepare and coordinate SEC filings including Form 20-F, Form 6-K, Form S-8, and other registration statements with 100% compliance to deadlines
Manage detailed tie-outs and support schedules for financial statement disclosures to ensure accuracy and completeness
Coordinate internal and external reviews of SEC filings, resolving comments and feedback efficiently
Research and document complex technical accounting issues under U.S. GAAP, producing high-quality memos and position papers
Implement updates to reporting for new SEC requirements and US GAAP standards within specified timelines, ensuring ongoing compliance and accurate disclosures
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
6–10 years of experience in public accounting and/or SEC reporting roles
Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial disclosure requirements
Demonstrated expertise in SEC reporting practices and processes
Exceptional technical writing and documentation skills
Preferred
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification
Experience supporting GAAP conversions or complex transactional analysis
Strong advisory experience on accounting implications for new standards or transactions
Background in audit support related to disclosure matters
