Sales Development Representative
Astrix Security is looking for a talented Sales Development Representative to build and lead their sales development efforts. The ideal candidate will identify and engage with prospects, develop outbound strategies, and manage the sales pipeline.

Responsibilities
Be the first point of contact for new prospects – qualify and determine the next steps for each prospect
Develop outbound strategies and lead-generating efforts
Connect with inbound & outbound prospects and manage all prospects’ interactions and communication with Astrix
Build and maintain a sales pipeline. Update and manage all sales activities, opportunities, and account information in CRM
Align closely with the Account Executive for prospecting efforts
Attend regional events to help increase the pipeline
Qualification
Required
1+ years of hands-on SDR/BDR experience
Positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Able to clearly report on sales development pipeline KPIs using analytics tools
Comfortable utilizing cold outreach and consultative selling techniques
Dedicated to delivering a high level of professionalism and responsiveness
Preferred
Experience using HubSpot and Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other similar prospecting applications - Advantage
