Early Head Start Family Involvement Specialist
Crossroads Health provides a continuum of quality life-changing behavioral health services and is seeking an Early Head Start Family Involvement Specialist. This role focuses on providing education, socialization, and support services to low-income and at-risk families with infants and toddlers, primarily through group services and community engagement.

Responsibilities
Providing trauma informed, relationship-based educational services to clients and their family system in office, community, home, and virtual settings, including family and group services
Providing accurate, concise, and concurrent documentation according to program procedures and policies
Developing and implementing socialization (playgroup) plans, home visit plans, family newsletters, and volunteer activities
Updating and supporting program outcomes, plans, and procedures, as well as waitlists
Engaging in outreach activities as necessary
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Family/Human Services or related field of study required
Must have credential or certification in social work, human services, family services, counseling, or related field
Must have, or obtain within 90 days of hire, a State of Ohio Chemical Dependency Credential such as RA, OCPSA, OCPS, or OPOC
Two (2+) years' experience working in Family Services or Early Childhood Education; home-based and/or Early Head Start/Head Start experience
Able to participate 2 evenings a week
Must have an acceptable driving record (4 points of less), reliable transportation, and carry automobile insurance with minimum liability limits of $100,000/$300,000 and property damage of $50,000
Preferred
Master's degree
One (1+) year' experience working with at-risk families including diverse cultural backgrounds highly desirable
Bilingual in English/Spanish a plus, but not required
