Responsibilities
Facilitate design workshops with business stakeholders to understand Invoice to Cash (I2C) business requirements; demonstrate understanding of business needs and recommend robust design
Help clients understand leading Invoice to Cash business processes so they can transform their business with Oracle
Spot strategies, risks, and options, and then recommend approaches that sidestep problems and help clients and functions meet their needs
Give clients options for designs using prototypes
Work with the project team, team leaders, project delivery leads, and client stakeholders to create stand-out Invoice to Cash solution offering powered by Oracle Cloud
Lead, coach, and advise a small project team (depending upon the structure of a project) to design, set-up, test, and deploy Oracle Invoice to Cash solutions and ensure that all the pieces work together in an integrated environment; understand and apply Oracle methodologies
Plan and organize tasks and report progress on the track/deliverables
Gain the trust of your client, teammates, and managers to make sure projects get delivered
Keep growing your skills to help your team with business development and sales efforts
Stay in the know on leading industry trends and Oracle features to give your clients the best solutions for their needs
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 6 years experience working with Oracle Applications
Minimum of 4 years of experience in Oracle Cloud Accounts Receivables and Oracle Cloud Advanced Collections
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a functional advisory or consulting role on Oracle Cloud transformation Project
Minimum of 2 full life-cycle implementation of Oracle Cloud implementations
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years work experience). If Associate degree, must have equivalent minimum 6 year work experience
Minimum of 1 Oracle Cloud certification
Preferred
You have good Cross-Functional knowledge of other Oracle Cloud products
You're great at working creatively in a problem-solving environment
You're an ace at managing and delivering projects
You've gained the trust of your clients and partnered with them to: design business process, lead key configuration workshops, identify GAPs, identify RICEW, and design functionality and test plans, and perform testing
