Business Development Manager
Layn Natural Ingredients is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive growth and expand their business. The role involves identifying new opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and building strong relationships within the natural ingredient industry.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue targets and growth objectives
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver customized solutions that meet client needs
Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and presentations to potential clients
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform strategy
Manage and track business development activities and performance metrics
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in science
2 years of previous ingredient sales/b2b, business development experience
Entrepreneurial skills with high level of Commitment, Adaptability, Resilience, and Proactivity
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
