The Fellow will support day-to-day operations and participate in professional development opportunities throughout the Fellowship Program.

Responsibilities

Assist, and grow to lead the setup, operation, and tear down of Stadium and Studio Productions; AV events, Stadium programming, and off-location Productions
Assist with pre-production planning for Stadium & Studio Productions
Provide support for the organization and maintenance of Production, Broadcast and AV Equipment
Coordinate and distribute parking passes, credentials, and other production materials critical to operational success
Other duties as assigned

Required

Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university required
Ability to heed direction and communicate feedback in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional interpersonal skills, maintaining a professional demeanor when interacting with team members, customers and/or vendors
Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and work on short notice
Ability to lift 35 pounds
Ability and willingness to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays as needed
This is an in-person role located in Nashville, TN

Preferred

Experience with live production software and hardware, including audio mixers, video playback devices preferred, but not required
Desire to learn more about each production role
