Responsibilities
Perform RF lab testing including device validation, RF measurements, and system-level testing
Develop automation scripts and tools to streamline lab workflows
Support integration of AI/ML and LLM-based models into test platforms
Troubleshoot lab setups, test equipment, and data pipelines
Translate RF test requirements into software-driven test cases with RF engineers
Collect, clean, and analyze RF datasets from lab testbeds
Maintain lab infrastructure, equipment logs, and documentation
Build dashboards or utilities to visualize test results
Qualification
Required
Strong programming skills in Python, C++, Java, or similar
Solid understanding of RF fundamentals or wireless communications
Experience with lab testing, device validation, or hardware–software integration
Strong debugging skills for both software and lab environments
Comfortable working onsite in a lab setting
Immediate availability preferred
Preferred
Experience with 4G/5G or wireless technologies
Exposure to AI/ML tools or LLM workflows
Experience with test automation frameworks
Knowledge of RF data processing, DSP, or signal analysis
Experience building automation tools or scripts for RF testbeds
