Cook County State’s Attorney’s Office is seeking to fill three Clerk IV positions within their Child Support Enforcement division. The role involves updating and processing cases, preparing documents for electronic filing, and maintaining communication with various personnel while ensuring confidentiality.

Responsibilities

Update and process cases as they return from court
Prepare documents to be filed electronically
Prepare the daily court call
Process incoming mail
Answer incoming calls, transfer to appropriate personnel and forward problem calls to the supervisor
Maintain confidentiality of information and systems
Interact with State’s Attorney’s Office employees and personnel of outside agencies
Perform additional duties and responsibilities as required

Required

The candidate must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task
