Responsibilities
Lead core corporate accounting functions including month-end and year-end close, financial reporting, audit coordination, and internal reporting packages
Ensure compliance with GAAP by researching and interpreting accounting standards and supporting internal policy development
Monitor internal controls and assist with the implementation of new accounting pronouncements
Manage and execute special projects as assigned
Collaborate across accounting teams, serving as a trusted resource and partner
Maintain hands-on involvement with journal entries, reconciliations, and audit schedules while contributing to strategic financial initiatives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting
Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience, ideally in a corporate environment
Strong understanding of GAAP and internal control frameworks
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across departments
Preferred
