Organizing and maintaining files
Overseeing marketing projects alongside the marketing coordinator
Field work, such as copying keys, attending showing and appointments, and preparing/delivering client gifts
Proficiency in Google Suite, social media management, and CRM usage is essential
Qualification
Required
Licensed real estate license
Reliable and show-worthy car
At least one year of experience in real estate
Detail oriented
Tech savvy
Positive and enthusiastic
Self motivated
Focused on customer service
Proficiency in Google Suite
Proficiency in social media management
Proficiency in CRM usage
Availability for admin and showing support on nights and weekends
Personal computer/laptop to carry out duties
