Vice President of Surgical Development
SECTR Partners is a fast-growing PE backed Healthcare organization, and they are seeking an experienced Vice President of Surgical Development. The role involves overseeing the Physician Referrals team and developing strategies to grow surgical volume while ensuring compliance with organizational policies.
Responsibilities
Surgical Growth & Physician Network Development, develop market-specific strategies to grow surgical volume through internal & external referral optimization
Sales & Marketing, developing marketing strategies in line with short & long term goals, generating leads through community outreach. Lead territory strategy and liaison execution
Internal referral optimization & patient experience, enhance internal referral pathways, improving patient readiness
Premium cataract & program development, Design, launch, and scale a VIP/concierge cataract program
Compliance, Risk & Asset Management , ensure compliance with all organizational policies, regulatory requirements, licensure, and accreditation standards
Qualification
Required
Bachelors Degree
7+ years progressive leadership experience in physician referrals/sales/clinic operations required
Strong understanding of surgical workflows, cataract services & physician referral dynamics
proven financial acumen
Preferred
MBA/MHA preferred
Ophthalmology/Optometry experience strongly preferred
