Responsibilities

Manage a caseload of active litigation cases from inception through resolution, including trial

Negotiate settlements with insurance companies, opposing counsel, and other parties to secure the best outcomes for clients

Required

Extensive experience litigating Florida personal injury cases, including auto accidents and slip and falls
5+ years of litigation experience with some trial experience

Prepare and draft legal documents, such as complaints, discovery, motions, and settlement agreements
