Responsibilities
Create engaging, high-quality content for websites, blogs, social media, email campaigns, print, and video
Lead content creation initiatives aligned with corporate brand voice and messaging
Review, edit, and refine submitted content for accuracy, clarity, and consistency
Manage the corporate content calendar and coordinate deliverables
Lead content planning meetings to gather information and identify story opportunities
Maintain messaging documents, glossary, and word/phrase banks
Conduct content audits and gap analyses; recommend improvements
Monitor performance metrics and apply insights to enhance content effectiveness
Explore and test new content formats, storytelling approaches, and digital tools
Partner with social media teams to amplify content
Collaborate with Brand Creative teams on visual storytelling
Provide occasional backup support for crisis communications and global digital signage initiatives
Qualification
Required
Authorization to work in the country where the role is based
Bachelor's degree
5+ years of enterprise-level communications or content experience
Proven expertise in writing, editing, and producing diverse communication materials (digital stories, newsletters, executive communications, scripts, presentations, and social content)
Exceptional writing, editing, and attention to detail
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
Experience with Canva and SharePoint
Preferred
Degree in Communications, Journalism, PR, Marketing, English, Digital Media, or related fields
Experience with video scripting, production, and editing
Familiarity with AI tools, prompt engineering, and platforms such as Copilot or Axios HQ
Graphic design and presentation development skills
Experience measuring and shaping integrated communications programs
Ability to work independently with sound judgment
