Manage accounts receivables
Apply cash
Run weekly reports
Work with internal & external teams on outstanding balances
Perform accrual accounting
Apply data mining & research skills to collect, analyze, & report monthly exp variances to provide detailed explanations & support reconciliation efforts
Perform data-entry functions by posting general ledger entries to maintain up-to-date records of company transactions
Facilitate period-end reconciliations while tracking funds to evaluate financial conditions
Prepare deposits
Qualification
Required
BS in Accounting/Finance or related field
2 yrs exp. in job offered or related occupation
Prior experience with managed accounts receivable
Applying cash
Running weekly reports
Work with internal & external teams on outstanding balances
Experience with MS Dynamics GP/Great Plains
Accrual accounting
Applied data mining & research skills to collect, analyze, & report monthly exp variances
Performed data-entry functions by posting general ledger entries
Facilitated period-end reconciliations while tracking funds
Prepared deposits
