Responsibilities
Managing title files from contract to closing with precision and care
Order and review title searches, lien payoffs, HOA estoppels, surveys, and other required documents
Prepare commitments, closing disclosures, and final closing packages
Coordinate with realtors, lenders, attorneys, buyers, and sellers
Clear title requirements and resolve curative issues
Ensure compliance with Florida regulations and company procedures
Deliver a smooth, professional experience that keeps clients coming back
Qualification
Required
Proficient Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and team members
Knowledge of Notary processes and Escrow procedures is essential for handling legal and financial documentation
Basic Accounting skills to manage and review settlement statements with accuracy and attention to detail
Previous experience in the title insurance or real estate industry is a strong advantage
Detail-oriented, with strong organization and time-management capabilities
A calm and collected demeanor in high-stress, time-sensitive environments is a must!
Preferred
Experience with Quaila software is recommended
