Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable multi-tenant platform services and APIs within Azure and other cloud platforms
Build and optimize integrations with enterprise version control systems
Work with machine learning engineers and product managers to develop backend services that power our AI security features
Implement and maintain containerized applications using Kubernetes and related orchestration technologies
Contribute to database design and optimization for high-volume enterprise workloads
Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation to improve development workflows
Support customers through technical issues, escalations, and feature requests in collaboration with the customer success team
Participate in code reviews and ensure code quality adheres to best practices
Balance new feature development with platform maintenance and refactoring efforts
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field
5+ years of professional software engineering experience
Strong experience with C# and .NET Core in production environments
Hands-on experience with Azure cloud services and architecture
Experience with Kubernetes or other container orchestration platforms
Proficiency with Python for scripting, automation, or application development
Experience with SQL databases (SQL Server preferred)
Familiarity with Agile or similar project management methodologies
Preferred
Proven track record of building and delivering enterprise SaaS solutions at scale
Experience building multi-tenant applications with strong tenant isolation and scalability
Experience integrating with version control systems via APIs or webhooks
Experience with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, CosmoDB)
Experience with containerization beyond Kubernetes (Docker, container registries, deployment patterns)
Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, ARM templates, CloudFormation)
Experience with queue and cache services (Redis, Memcached, Azure Service Bus)
Background in designing secure, highly available, and fault-tolerant distributed systems
Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and strong algorithmic thinking
Experience working within Azure DevOps, Jira, or comparable agile project management tools
Strong analytical skills with ability to tie technical decisions to business impact
Commitment to staying current with cloud security best practices
Openness to exploring code generation tools (Claude, Copilot, Cursor)
