Collector I – Credit & Collections (Remote/Atlanta Hybrid)

Responsibilities

Manage high-volume outreach via autodialer, focusing on customer-centric negotiation rather than aggressive legal threats or credit bureau reporting
Perform skip tracing and research to locate unresponsive customers and resolve "unlocatable" accounts
Educate customers on contract terms (including "90-day same as cash" agreements) and design creative repayment solutions for unsecured contracts
Monitor Daily Sales Outstanding (DSO) and implement processes to improve cash flow while meeting department milestones
Maintain a high emphasis on customer satisfaction, ensuring every interaction is professional and friendly

Required

Minimum 2 years of professional collections experience (higher delinquency or charged-off accounts preferred)
Two years of college or equivalent business/customer service experience preferred
Proven expertise in skip tracing, investigative account resolution, and complex negotiation
