Responsibilities
Landscape Surveillance: Monitor and analyze clinical trial readouts, regulatory filings (FDA/EMA), and patent landscapes for key competitors in the relevant space
Strategic Benchmarking: Compare internal clinical protocols against competitor trials to identify "Best-in-Class" opportunities. Advise teams on endpoint selection (e.g., mPFS vs. ORR) and patient stratification strategies
Medical Congress Leadership: Lead the intelligence gathering at major conferences (ASCO, ESMO, WCLC and ASH). Coordinate onsite intelligence gathering and rapidly synthesize findings for executive leadership
Target Product Profile (TPP) Development: Collaborate with Commercial and R&D teams to define the TPP of our pipeline assets to ensure they are competitive at the time of launch
Ad-hoc Analysis: Provide rapid response "Deep Dives" on evolving competitive landscape and key data readout
Project Management: support the Clinical Development Leader in cross-functional meetings, track trial progress timeline, and flag risk areas and opportunities
Qualification
Required
PhD in Life Sciences (Oncology, Immunology, or Molecular Biology preferred)
minimum 1–3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, healthcare consulting, or equity research
Ability to critically evaluate preclinical and clinical data
Proven ability to synthesize key data and communicate effectively through PowerPoint presentation
Self-motivated, strong organizational skills, strong interpersonal skills and flexibility to work across multiple time zones
Preferred
Mandarin speaking is a plus
