They are seeking a hands-on field operations leader to manage crews, refine systems, and ensure quality and safety while handling day-to-day operations and business development.

Responsibilities

Hire, train, and manage approximately 16 field technicians across two states
Coordinate scheduling, routing, and staffing across Virginia and Maryland
Oversee operations for 5 service trucks
Refine and enforce SOPs
Ensure safety compliance and consistent service quality across locations
Manage maintenance, repairs, and inventory for vehicles and pressure washing equipment
Handle escalations and support key commercial accounts in coordination with sales
Control labor costs and improve operational efficiency
Protect 70%+ gross margins while scaling operations
Maintain strong performance in Virginia
Lead the turnaround and scaling of Maryland operations

Required

Experience managing teams that travel to customer sites
Ability to refine and scale existing processes
Strong leadership of hourly field teams
Calm and effective handling of equipment issues, call-outs, and client concerns
Understands margins, efficiency, and P&L impact
Motivated by growth and long-term upside
5+ years managing field operations
Proven experience scaling teams and improving systems
Strong people management with hourly workforce
Valid driver's license; comfortable traveling between VA and MD
