Responsibilities
Assisting in the organization of and preparation for (including agendas, presentations, and logistics, as applicable) a variety of meetings (e.g., weekly leadership team meetings, and departmental all-hands meetings and offsites)
Supporting COO in executive meeting management, including marketing leadership calls
Helping to manage monthly townhall meetings, including content, materials collection, speaker prep, and ensuring the event is produced flawlessly
Partnering with Corporate Real Estate on Wealth Management Marketing footprint, identifying efficiencies and providing a seamless onboarding experience for new employees
Supporting COO with executive presentations, external speaking engagements, social media activity
Creating and executing on programs to help attract, retain, and engage marketing talent, including teambuilding activities and formal development programs
Partnering with Legal, Compliance, and Risk on ad hoc projects, including Employee Registration, Policies & Procedures
Assisting in developing onboarding and training programs for the team to ensure general understanding of group and Company processes by all personnel
Supporting resource and expense tracking and reporting
Qualification
Required
Minimum education; Bachelors degree
2-3 years of experience
Highly organized with strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Careful attention to detail
Proficient in PowerPoint
Team player, hard-working, collaborative, resourceful
