Responsibilities
Process all paperwork from retail sales following lender and dealership guidelines
Submits “sold” finance products to the appropriate providers
Verifying the cost and transactions for each vehicle sale
Ensures proper billing of all sold vehicles by setting up receivables & payables, etc
Research, resolve discrepancies within the billing process, and monitor and reconcile accounts
Remit finance and insurance products
Effective communication with operational staff
Assist with other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High School diploma or equivalent is required
Strong attention to detail
Effective communication skills
Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Excel
Excellent data entry and organizational skills
Must be dependable, able to follow directions, and work well with others
Strong desire to provide a high level of customer service
Preferred
1 - 3 years of experience in billing or other automotive accounting is preferred
Understanding of vehicle inventory accounting and schedule reconciliation is preferred
