Land Development Project Manager
Koontz Bryant Johnson Williams (KBJW) is seeking a Project Manager to plan and finalize residential, commercial, and public land development projects. The Project Manager will ensure projects are completed on time and within budget while maintaining good engineering practices.

Responsibilities
Prepares proposals, participates in proposal interviews and presentations
Plans, schedules, and coordinates detailed phases of engineering work
Manages design team including staff from multiple locations and/or disciplines
Responsible for coordinating multiple project completions within budget and on schedule
Responsible for initiating client billing, handles scope changes and contract administration
Can independently perform assignments
Mentors other staff and assumes training responsibilities
Develop and maintain client relationships in order to obtain future work
Performs other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
BS degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent experience
6+ years of site/civil engineering experience related to Land Development
PE License
Proficient with AutoCAD and Civil 3D
Proficient with other engineering software required in area of expertise
May require the ability to sit for long periods of time, stand, walk and manipulate (carry, lift, move) light to medium weights of 10-30 pounds
Ability to walk construction sites
Requires good hand-eye coordination, arm, hand and finger dexterity, including the ability to grasp, and visual acuity to use a keyboard, operate technical equipment, read technical information and to analyze complex data
Occasional travel to offsite locations to perform work and work-related errands or to attend meetings may be required
