The role involves leading billing operations, ensuring compliance, and driving process improvements across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities

Build and structure a new RCM team (onshore + offshore)
Recruit, hire, train, and mentor billing specialists
Lead billing operations across multiple ABA platforms (Central Reach, Rethink, Aloha, etc.)
Ensure accurate/timely claims submission and compliance
Analyze KPIs (A/R days, denial rates, net collections) and drive process improvements
Serve as escalation point for clients, delivering high-touch support
Partner with leadership to expand RCM services into new platforms
Document workflows, create SOPs, and develop training materials

Required

10+ years in healthcare revenue cycle management
5+ years in leadership with direct hiring & team-building responsibility
Strong knowledge of ABA/healthcare billing processes
Hands-on experience with Central Reach, Rethink, and other billing platforms
Analytical, process-driven, and client-focused
Excellent communicator and relationship builder
Bachelor's degree or higher in business administration or relevant field of study, or equivalent work experience
10+ years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management
6+ years in client-facing roles, such as client services, account management, or consulting

Preferred

Experience collaborating with physician groups, billing companies, or health systems is highly desirable
