Required

Strong skills in client relationship management, business development, and consultative sales
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and establish partnerships in a B2B or life sciences environment
Understanding of biological specimens, ADME-Tox systems, and precision medicine research is advantageous
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and in a cross-functional team environment
Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) tools and market research
Bachelor's or advanced degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field; relevant scientific or industry experience is a plus
