Responsibilities
Data Entry: Key in prequalification applications and maintaining accurate records. Create and update customer records, prequalification applications, and leads and opportunities
Scan/Index: Scan documents, index them into our system, and ensure proper filing for easy retrieval
Document Preparation: Review documents to ensure complete application documentation is received
Office Coverage Support: Provide office coverage and support as needed
Assist with reporting and special projects
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Proficient in basic computer applications and office equipment
Preferred
Previous mortgage or banking industry experience preferred
